Took my SE 2 to the Apple Store to get information technology fixed and they basically told me it'south and so broken it's better to merely get a new phone. @verizon What does it take to get an issue resolved, my brand new phone won't hold a charge and spent over vii hours at your Omaha and quango bluffs stores to do an exchange their figurer systems won't let them exercise information technology. Customer service is also no help.

Has anyone else been having whatever trouble with Verizon customer service? I thought Comcast was bad, difficult to believe but Verizon is worst. The rep says no worries Richard I will help yous. They hope to wait into the problem and phone call me back but never practise.

@verizonfios had a tech fix our router and ONT yesterday just our internet is still going out every few hours and there aren't outages in our expanse.
